Thank you to the Dal AC Student Mobility team for the bios below! Find their Facebook page here.

Meet Victoria, one of our Queen Elizabeth Scholar interns currently in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines!

Victoria just completed her first year of the International Food Business program but she is no stranger to food or global education as she has volunteered, worked and traveled extensively through parts of Europe, Southeast Asia and Oceania. Her travels to many new places have challenged her previous perceptions of the world and have made her appreciate the importance of reflection and adaptability in times of constant change. She looks forward to strengthening course content and further developing value chains for the food products that will be a focus for the program while she is in the Caribbean. (Link)

Meet Connor, one of our Queen Elizabeth Scholar interns who is in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines!

Connor just completed his third year of the International Food Business program which brought him to the Netherlands to study at Aeres University of Applied Sciences in his second year. He has diverse experiences from his educational and extracurricular activities, with a special interest in the production side of alcoholic beverages including plant breeding for better ingredients and fermentation. After recently attending the CPMA 2018 Tradeshow and Conference in Vancouver, Connor has also started to take an interest in working with fresh produce after graduating. (Link)
